This is a very good initiative and I am sure will be at the finger tips of every commuter. Its a fantastic idea, which I have also been thinking of from the inception of call taxi. I only hope people appreciate and use your services. All the best guys

This service is very helpful to the bangalore people. Make it clear that everyone who wish to se the service should register before they call. One back drop of this service is that it is not use ful for the visitors of bangalore as they are not the registered users with easy auto. We hope it as a big hit on roads.
It’s very good idea..Get the awareness in the people by good advertisement in colleges and offices…Tell them it will be safe and secure to them to drop them in their destinations…Move on it will surely click in Bangalore….All the Best…..

Registration to use this service is not compulsory. For registered passengers there are additional benefits of being able to search for the vehicles from the website itself, and later when we open the SMS booking in phase 2, they will be able pre-book autos by sending sms.
Anyone who needs an auto can call the call center at 9844112233 between 7 am – 10 pm currently. Later we will increase the timings as our fleet size increases.

Though the Govt. has approved Rs.75.00 as the registration fee and Rs.3.00 as the service charge, we are not charging this at least for the time being. Currently registration is free. Please feel free to register and take advantage of being able to search for the closest auto to your location

Hi, A very good concept. I wish you all the best. Does easy auto function exactly like the call taxi, where you call the # and they will send the taxi. I usually don’t use autos since it is a pain to get one. Would surely use this kind of service as it seems to help both commuters as well as the drivers.

Yes, as far as the commuter is concerned, it works like a city taxi. We have GPS devices in the auto, hence can track the auto that is closest to you. You can call the call center on 9844112233. The call center functions between 7 am and 10 pm.

Hello, Im one of those who registed with payment of Rs75+service charges when this was launched couple of years back. However I could not get autos not even once, though I tried many times. Hope the learnings from previous launch is taken into consideration to ensure that this project goes well with Bangaloreans.

Hi, This is a really great concept but I guess it will take some time for being able to make use of this as the number of Autos is less at the moment.
I tried booking the Auto today & found that the Auto was engaged ??
I was ready to wait rather than going by normal Auto but the call center could not get details of how long will it take approx. for the next Auto to be available.
I understand that it will get better with time as this is just a start of this initiative, just thought of sharing the feedback.

This is a brilliant initiative!! It is a shame either to you or me that I am not aware of this inspite of being a daily commuter in autos for the past many many years. You must advertise more to make the public aware of your services. I am posting your website on social networks and chat messages. I have not tried your services so far and hope i will not be disappoiinted when I do. Please also tell us where you have declared your privacy policy – since you collect users personal data like mobile numbers, email and home/work addresses.

Great initiative! Hope this succeeds this time. How many autos are currently registered with easy auto? Is there any way the public can help in increasing auto registration?
I for one am going to ask all my friends to try this out for at least a few weeks before catching a ricksha on the street.
Currently there are 100 vehicles on road and another 150 in the process of registration. It is a very small number as we are still in the process of increasing vehicles. But so far our fulfillment has been an average of 38%. Considering the number of vehicles, I as the promoter of the concept am delighted and hope to take this much further.
